Buccal Massage

  • Buccal Massage

    Relieve Facial Tension. Restore Comfort.
Targeted therapy for jaw pain, teeth grinding, headaches, and facial puffiness. Feel better. Look brighter.

What makes Buccal Massage a little different?

Buccal Massage is intra-oral, which means I will be massaging your cheeks from both the inside and outside of your mouth.

You’re holding more tension than you think, especially in your face.
If you suffer from TMJ pain, clench your jaw, grind your teeth, or feel facial tightness and sinus pressure, you’re not alone. These small tensions can lead to headaches, poor sleep, and that constant feeling of stress on your face. I’ll be combining aspects of Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Buccal Massage.

    I’m here to help.

Using gentle, focused soft tissue therapy, I work with the muscles of the face, jaw, neck, and head to relieve pain, reduce tension, and support long-term relief.

A cold-pressed Jojoba oil is used for the Buccal Massage.

    This is followed by:

    A lavender-enfused steam compress.

Facial cleanse either with Dermaveen foaming cleanser, perfect for sensitive skin or our locally produced Huaota Lavender and Kawakawa foaming cleanser from Leafy Hollow Lavender Farm in Waiuku.

An application of Dermaveen Ultra Light Face SPF 50.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, more relaxed—and yes, even a little more sculpted.
