Clinic sessions can include Myofascial Release Therapy, Scar Release Therapy or Manual Lymphatic Drainage, either individually or combined, depending on your needs. If you’re not sure which therapy you need, don’t worry, we’ll figure that out together.

Buccal Massage

Buccal Massage

Cheek massage from both the inside and outside of your mouth. Combined with Myofascial Release for the face and scalp. Includes facial steam compress, cleanse and SPF application.

Buccal Massage Express

Cheek massage from both the inside and outside of your mouth. Combined with Myofascial Release and Lymph Drainage techniques for the face and scalp. Includes facial steam compress, cleanse and SPF application.

Allow up to 45 min, $85

Yoga

One-on-one or Small Group Yoga (max 4 students)

Customised to your needs. In person here in my home studio located in Waiuku, or via Zoom. Classic Hatha, Kids, Yoga Nidra, Restorative, Chair Yoga……………

Pre and Postnatal

Holistic Pregnancy Massage

Gentle Myofascial Release strokes, followed by a relaxation massage to help ease pregnancy aches and pains and promote relaxation. The massage is completed in side-lying, with an abundance of pillows to ensure you feel comfortable and supported. Suitable for mums to be, from 14 weeks of pregnancy onwards, having had a healthy pregnancy to date.

One-on-One Infant Massage Class, Zoom or in Person

Learn infant massage technique with your baby/babies.

Allow up to 40min, $75

One-on-one or Small Group (max 4 students +bubs)

Postnatal or Mums and Bubs Yoga
